Give a Lonely Cat a home This Christmas
With the holidays approaching and the hustle and bustle of shopping, parties and kid’s activities upon us, let us not consider the plight of animals living in our shelters. Since closing our doors in September, we have been able to adopt out 3 of the 9 cats we had staying at our shelter, but the remaining cats are living in foster homes and waiting for someone to become their furever family. Will that be you?
Click on the "Our Pets" tab of this website and consider adopting one of our little darlings. All cats have been spayed/neutered and all are up-to-date on shots. We’ve lowered the adoption fee to $50.00 rather than try and place these sweethearts into other shelters. This Christmas, give one of these little darlings a loving home. You will be glad you did.
Events!!
As in the past, Michigan Pet Rescue has mailed out its 2fer fundraiser letters and cards. We've always appreciated the generosity of our donors and this year is no exception. The proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to take care of the remaining cats in foster by providing food, litter and vet care for the coming year. Thank you in advance for your loyalty to our organization and your generous donations.
Our Animals
As 2012 rolls in and you’re thinking about adding a family member, think about adopting a shelter animal and come in and visit our facility to see some of our terrific four-footed friends. You’ll be glad you did.
As always, volunteers fosters are desperately needed to take care of our remaining cats and kittens. NOTE: A word about our forms; prior to filling out one of our forms, the form must be saved to your hard drive or desktop, completed and then uploaded as an attachment to an email to send to Petrescuenet@gmail.com. Did you see a pet from Petfinder that you want to adopt? Please fill out our adoption form and send it to us via email. To fill out the form, save the Word Document to your computer, fill it out and attach it to an email addressed to petrescuenet@gmail.com. This will ensure that we receive your application..
